As of Thursday night, restricted free-agent forward Paul Millsap had yet to receive any contract offers.

The Thunder are believed to be Millsap's top suitor, but the Jazz reportedly plan to match any offer he receives as long as it's not excessive.

Millsap's camp is seeking a deal worth more than $10 million.
