There have been rumors that the Thunder could be interested in forward Andersen Varejao.

However, the News Herald writes that Oklahoma City is unlikely to make an offer to Varejao because of the close relationship between Thunder general manager Sam Presti and Cleveland's Danny Ferry.

"They have a buddy-buddy system going strong, and the perception is Presti would not do anything to hurt Ferry's team," Bob Finnan wrote.
