Deron Williams discussed Carlos Boozer's situation in an interview with ESPN's Jim Rome earlier this week.

Boozer has been lobbying for a trade, despite opting into the final year of his deal with the Jazz this offseason.

"I think he's a little frustrated that he didn't get a deal done. But you know, there's always time for that. It's a big year for him now," Williams told Rome.

"[Boozer] went on the radio and said he wanted to play elsewhere, but, you know, if he feels that way, I feel sorry for him. But he opted in and he's a member of this team, and regardless if you like somebody on or of the court, as far as I'm concerned, I'm going to play with them regardless, 'cause I want to win."
