NBA commissioner David Stern is taking some heat for the league's participation in games with a Greek team that has allegedly breached contracts with former NBA players.

Rep. Peter King, a Republican from New York, pointed out that Olympiakos has outstanding U.S. federal court judgments against it.

Former NBA forward Chris Morris won a judgment against the club.

The NBA has declined to comment on King's criticisms.
