Trail Blazers general manager Rich Cho will hire Bill Branch and Steve Rosenberry as co-assistant general managers, according to sources.

Branch's hire is official, while Rosenberry's deal with the Blazers is "99-percent" done, said a source.

The pair will combine to fill the role held by Tom Penn, who was fired in March as Portland's vice president of basketball operations.
