Dwight Howard mocked LeBron James multiple times before Thursday's game between the Magic and Heat.
Howard did an impersonation of James' ritual of throwing chalk in the air at the scorers' table and also pretended to pose for pictures with teammates, something James did frequently while a member of the Cavaliers.
James responded by scoring 51 points for the game, 29 in the first half. He also hit his first 11 shot attempts.
James' 51 points is the most scored by a player in a single game in the 10-11 season.
Howard will be teammates with James in this month's All-Star Game.
