Michael Redd is two weeks away from his projected March 21 return, but his role with the Bucks hasn't been determined.

Redd has suffered two major injuries to his left knee in successive seasons and undergone two surgeries.

Milwaukee coach Scott Skiles admitted he couldn't say for sure how he will use Redd upon his return.

"We'll see where we are; we'll see where he is," Skiles said. "Those are the main two things.

"The most important thing is where we are at that moment. If that moment comes and we're right there (competing for a playoff spot), and every minute, every moment is crucial, and we can only play Michael 7 minutes or something to work him back in, I don't know.

"I'll talk to Michael and everything when we get to that point. Michael has put in a tremendous amount of effort. We'd all like to see him come back and get in games."
