George Karl and the Sacrmaneto Kings have agreed upon a deal for him to become head coach.

A formal announcement is forthcoming, but Karl is beginning to assemble his coaching staff.

Tyrone Corbin will coach the Kings as planned on Wednesday at the Milwaukee Bucks.

Karl is in North Carolina for the funeral of Dean Smith.
