Houston Rockets rookie guard Jalen Green will be out for at least one week with a strained hamstring. Green was injured in the Rockets game against the Chicago Bulls on November 24.

To date, Green has started all 18 of Houston's games this season. Green has had an up-and-down rookie season, but shows plenty of promise. He's averaged 14 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 30.8 minutes per game.

Despite Green being out, the Rockets reportedly have no intentions of activating John Wall for his first action this season. Wall hasn't played Houston yet during the 2021-22 season, and there remains no plan for him to do so.
