While ESPN and The Athletic have reported that the Utah Jazz plan to keep Donovan Mitchell as they retool following the trades of Rudy Gobert and Royce O'Neale, there remains a possibility that they make their All-Star guard available.

Andy Larsen of the Salt Lake Tribune reports that the Jazz will be "keeping their options open: they could retool around Mitchell, or trade him for a massive haul to jumpstart a rebuild."

Larsen adds that the Miami Heat are the team to monitor in particular on Mitchell. The Heat also have interest in a trade for Kevin Durant, but Mitchell has previously been a player they've been linked to.

Danny Ainge and Pat Riley have had a contentious relationship in the past.
