The Chicago Bulls extended a qualifying offer to Patrick Williams on Monday, making him a restricted free agent.

The qualifying offer is worth $12.9 million, which is 9.1 percent of the 24-25 NBA salary cap. 

The Thunder reportedly have trade interest in Williams.

Williams is represented by Thaddeus Foucher and Joe Smith.
