Peyton Watson injured his hamstring during the Denver Nuggets' 134-127 double overtime loss to the New York Knicks on Wednesday.
Watson, who suffered the injury in the fourth quarter, will undergo an MRI.
"Waiting to see the MRI," Nuggets coach David Adelman said postgame. "But just seeing so much of this this year. I just feel bad for the guys in the locker room.
"It's deflating when you keep seeing people go down around you when you're trying to build towards something."
Watson is averaging 21.4 points and 5.3 rebounds per game since January 1.
Two-way forward Spencer Jones, who hit his game limit on Wednesday and will need to be converted, also left the game with a concussion.
