Cade Cunningham left the Detroit Pistons' 130-117 win over the Washington Wizards with back spasms.

Cunningham appeared to have suffered the injury after diving for a loose ball in the first quarter. He was taken out at the 6:40 mark and did not return to the game.

Cunningham is averaging 25 points, 10 assists, and 5.6 rebounds on the year. 

Cunningham has played in 61 games this season and must appear in four more to qualify for major postseason awards.
