Matt Riccardi is leaving the Dallas Mavericks' front office as the franchise changes direction under Masai Ujiri. Riccardi served as co-general manager of the Mavericks, alongside Michael Finely, following the firing of Nico Harrison.

Riccardi was largely responsible for the Mavericks' deadline trade of Anthony Davis to the Washington Wizards.

Riccardi joined the Mavericks from the Brooklyn Nets in 2022.

Finley's future with the Mavericks has yet to be determined.

The Mavericks parted ways with Jason Kidd as head coach on Tuesday.
