The San Antonio Spurs are expected to use their $15 million midlevel exception on a forward, sources told Marc Stein and Jake Fischer of The People's Insider.

The team have been linked with Sandro Mamukelashvili, Tobias Harris, Dean Wade, Rui Hachimura, and John Collins. 

Mamukelashvili is likely to get offers of over $10 million per season, with the Lakers also interested.

Wade, who could still return to the Cavs, is drawing interest from the Sixers.

The Spurs re-signed Harrison Barnes and Julian Champagnie on Monday.
