Jaron Pierre Jr. and the New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to a two-way deal.

Pierre was the 58th overall pick out of SMU by the Pelicans in the 2026 NBA draft.

Pierre appeared in three Summer League games with the Pelicans, averaging 10.0 points and 1.7 rebounds in 22.0 minutes.

Pierre averaged 17.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 33.0 minutes across 34 games with SMU in his age-23 college season.
