The Indiana Pacers have signed forward Kendall Brown to a two-way contract.

Brown appeared in six games last season with the Pacers, as well as 10 appearances with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

Brown was a second round pick in 2022 out of Baylor.

The Phoenix Suns remain interested in trading for T.J. McConnell of the Indiana Pacers, sources tell Marc Stein.

The Suns have no readily tradeable players currently on their roster until December 15th when new free agent signings become trade eligible.

McConnell is hopeful of remaining with the Pacers. McConnell, who is represented by Mark Bartelstein and Kieran Piller, cannot become a free agent until 2025.

The Sacramento Kings never offered Tyrese Haliburton as part of a package to the Philadelphia 76ers for Ben Simmons, sources told Marc Stein.

The Kings were rumored to be interested in trading for Simmons during the 21-22 season and eventually traded Haliburton for Domantas Sabonis.

The Kings turned into a playoff team last season with Sabonis having an All-NBA season, while Haliburton emerged as an All-Star with the Indiana Pacers and would have likely been a better long-term fit for the Sixers than James Harden. 

Haliburton signed a five-year designated max extension with the Pacers that could be worth up to $260 million.

Jarace Walker has undergone a minor procedure to remove loose bodies in his right elbow. Walker is expected to be fully recovered for the start of camp in September.

The Indiana Pacers selected Walker with the eighth overall pick in the draft.

In four Summer League games, Walker averaged 14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks in 30.1 minutes.

The Phoenix Suns are exploring trades for Cam Payne, sources told Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports.

The Suns are also reportedly interested in acquiring the Pacers' T.J. McConnell.

Fischer adds that there could be a multi-team trade involving the two point guards.

The Suns recently worked out Darren Collison.

The Indiana Pacers are looking to trade for a "starting-level, modern" power forward this offseason, sources told Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports.

Marc Stein of Substack reported earlier this week that the Pacers were contenders to acquire Pascal Siakam. 

The Pacers have also reportedly explored deals for Tobias Harris, Harrison Barnes, and OG Anunoby. 

The Indiana Pacers have emerged as a legitimate trade partner with the Toronto Raptors for Pascal Siakam, sources tell Marc Stein of Substack.

Siakam is entering the final season of his contract and reports of his potential availability have increased. 

The Atlanta Hawks have also logged interest in Siakam, while other teams could also emerge.

Siakam has signaled a preference to remain with the Raptors, but the departure of Fred VanVleet is believed to have led the team to prefer giving more runway to Scottie Barnes and OG Anunoby. 

"The Raptors are indeed far more prepared to surrender Siakam than initially realized," writes Stein.

The Sacramento Kings are finalizing a deal to acquire Chris Duarte from the Indiana Pacers in exchange for two second round picks.

The Pacers will receive a 2028 second-round pick (via Dallas) and the Kings' 2030 second-round pick. 

Duarte missed time with an ankle injury last season on his way to averaging 7.9 points.

The Indiana Pacers have signed Oscar Tshiebwe and Isaiah Wong to two-way contracts. Tshiebwe went undrafted at the 2023 NBA Draft, while Wong was selected by Indiana with the 55th pick.

Tshiebwe averaged 16.5 points and 13.7 rebounds per game in his senior season at Kentucky.

Wong averaged 16.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists as a senior at Miami.

The New York Knicks have agreed to trade Obi Toppin to the Indiana Pacers for two second round picks.

Toppin figures to receive more playing time with the Pacers. Toppin is eligible for a contract extension this offseason, or will become a restricted free agent in 2024.
