Jonathon Nicola attended Catholic Central High School in Windsor, Canada as a 17-year-old.

Nicola is originally from what is now South Sudan; moving from the war-torn country to Nairobi, Kenya, before arriving in Windsor.

Nicola was part of the 2018 recruiting class.

Nicola had been living with the basketball team’s head coach, Pete Cusumano, who thought he would become an NBA player.

Thon Maker has been cleared to enter the 2016 NBA Draft.

Maker graduated from high school in Canada in June of 2015 and has technically been in his fifth year of high school.

Maker is currently ranked as the 43rd overall prospect by Draft Express.

Maker is a 7'0 power forward originally born in Sudan and grew up in Australia before coming to North America in high school.

Josh Jackson has committed to Kansas.

Jackson also had Michigan State and Arizona as his finalists.

Jackson is considered a probable top-3 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft class as a super athletic wing with a great all-around game.

Jackson participated in the Nike Hoop Summit.

Thon Maker will attempt to declare for the 2016 NBA Draft.

Maker believes he has a strong case to be considered draft eligible. Maker reportedly graduated from high school in Canada in June of 2015 and is technically in his fifth year of high school.

Maker has elected to withdraw from participating in the Nike Hoop Summit event this upcoming week in Portland in order to focus on his workouts and preparation for the draft.
