The Los Angeles Lakers have signed guard Manny Harris to a second 10-day contract.

In five games with the Lakers this season, Harris is averaging 6.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 20.9 minutes.

Harris spent most of the season in the NBA D-League.

Malcolm Thomas was claimed off waivers by the Utah Jazz on Saturday night, the team announced.

The Jazz's roster now stands at 15 players.

Thomas was waived by the San Antonio Spurs on Jan. 23 after appearing in one game this season, scoring two points, grabbing nine rebounds with two blocks in 15 minutes on Jan. 19.

Thomas will wear No. 22 for the Jazz.

Othyus Jeffers has signed a 10-day contract with the San Antonio Spurs.

Jeffers played for the Iowa Energy of the NBA Development League this season. Through 22 games, Jeffers was averaging 22.8 points, 11.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.50 steals in 38.3 minutes per game while shooting .501 from the field.

Jeffers previously saw action in one game for the Spurs during the 2010-11 season.

The Phoenix Suns have signed guard Leandro Barbosa to a second 10-day contract.

Barbosa is averaging 9.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 21.5 minutes over four games with the Suns this season.

Barbosa signed his first 10-day contract with Phoenix on Jan. 8.

The Chicago Bulls have signed free agent forward Cartier Martin to a 10-day contract.

Martin was recently released by the Atlanta Hawks.

The Los Angeles have signed guard Darius Morris to a 10-day contract, the team announced on Monday.

Morris started the season with the Philadelphia 76ers where he averaged 6.9 points and 2.6 assists in 12 games before being waived on Nov. 20.
