After reviewing the play, the NBA has determined that Dwight Howard's 15th technical foul will stand as called. If Dwight garners a 16th technical during the regular season that is not rescinded, he will be suspended for one game, with further suspensions coming on every second technical thereafter.
The foul in question occurred with 5:01 left in the second quarter of Orlando's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Howard already has received a total of $45,000 in fines for his 15 technicals, and each additional technical would earn him a $5,000 fine.
While far from a certainty, the Nets and Dan Gadzuric have been negotiating a buyout.
Gadzuric played nine minutes for the Nets in their game against the Rockets on Saturday and was inactive on Wednesday. He is also questionable to make the team flight to England, according to ESPN's Chad Sheridan.
One source put the chances of a successful buyout at "less than 50 percent."
Gadzuric is earning $7.5 million in the final season of a six-year contract.
The Bucks are expected to sign Earl Barron to a 10-day contract on Tuesday.
Barron was also receiving interest from the Knicks, but the team instead decided to sign Jared Jeffries.
Mike Bibby has agreed to a buyout of his entire 11-12 salary worth $6.2 million and will likely sign with the Heat after clearing waivers.
"He sacrificed some money in order to win a championship," said David Falk, Bibby's agent. "Once you're past 10, 11 years in the league, you want to be in a situation where you can win. He's got some attractive options open to him."
The Lakers, Celtics and Blazers are also interested in Bibby.
The Knicks have decided to buyout Corey Brewer, who was acquired last week from Minnesota.

The Pistons will not buyout either Richard Hamilton or Tayshaun Prince, according to sources.
The Cavaliers were interested in trading for Hamilton before the deadline and those talks could be revisited at the NBA Draft.
The Wizards and Mike Bibby have agreed to a buyout, which was formally announced by the team on Monday afternoon.
Marc J. Spears reports Bibby will give up his entire $6.2 million salary for the 11-12 season.
Bibby is expected to receive interest from the Heat, amongst other playoff contenders.
Lance Stephenson of the Indiana Pacers made his NBA debut in Sunday's overtime loss to the Phoenix Suns. In four minutes of action, Stephenson scored two points and had two assists, one rebound, and one turnover.
Stephenson was selected 40th overall by the Pacers in the 2010 NBA Draft after playing one season at the University of Cincinnati.
Interim coach Frank Vogel said that Stephenson will play both guard positions for the Pacers.
