Popovich Seeking 'More Nastiness' From Spurs

Apr 27, 2014 11:29 PM

The San Antonio Spurs have a 1-2 deficit against the Dallas Mavericks heading into Game 4.

The Mavericks have succeeded at dictating tempo and playing physical against the Spurs.

“I don’t think the guys are disrespecting Dallas because we beat them in the season four times," said Gregg Popovich. "They know it’s the playoffs. But at the same time, I’d like to see a little bit more nastiness, a little bit more physicality, a little bit more fire from people.”
