Ken Hornack of the Daytona Beach News Journal writes that it has gotten to where it's not an Orlando Magic training camp until Tracy McGrady makes a prediction which, depending on one's point of view, can range from bold to impetuous.

Before the team left Monday for the start of camp at the University of South Florida, McGrady went on record as saying the Magic would reach 60 victories and he would lead all non-centers in blocked shots. No team won more than 58 games last season, and while McGrady's 118 blocks were more than anyone else who played a lot at guard managed, he ranked second on the Magic in that category to forward Bo Outlaw.

"Damn, Tracy's doing a lot of talking," coach Doc Rivers said when told of his star's comments.
