Steve Aschburner of the Minneapolis star tribune reports: After missing the past 5 games with a sprained right ankle, Timberwolves starting center Rasho Nesterovic returned to the lineup Friday night in Miami against the Heat.

In his return, Nesterovic had 4 points and 4 rebounds in 19 minutes of action.

However, Minnesota might have been better off without him.

Aschburner points out that Minnesota went 4-1 without Nesterovic and outrebounded their opponents by an average of 12.8 per game (48.6 to 35.8).

On Friday night, not only did Minnesota get outrebounded 37-30 but they also got humilated 111-84 by the lottery-bound Miami Heat.
