Orlando Magic point guard Jameer Nelson's injured right foot is apparently more serious than the club expected.

"It's a real concern," Magic Coach Brian Hill said before Wednesday night's game. "We don't know exactly what it is yet. . . . It's a setback for our team.

Nelson, who missed his sixth consecutive game Wednesday night, has had what the club called a sprain of the right mid-foot.

He was in Philadelphia on Tuesday to see a foot specialist. The club had no update on Nelson's examination.
