76ers general manager Ed Stefanski said on Thursday that he will meet with Tony DiLeo next week to discuss the coach's future with the team.

Stefanski also said that the two hadn't spoken about the job yet, which sources claimed was DiLeo's to keep until the team crumbled in Game 6 of their first-round series against the Magic.

The two sides will meet "in the next few days, early next week at the latest," Stefanski said.

Many sources believe that it is a bad sign for DiLeo that Stefanski hasn't yet given him a public vote of confidence.
