For the first time in over a week, Nets guard Devin Harris participated in basketball activities on Tuesday.

Harris has been sidelined since re-straining his right groin muscle on Oct. 30.

"We'll pick it up a little bit (Wednesday), see where we're at towards the end of the week, then make a decision about next week," Harris said.

"We stretched it out today, obviously I wasn't feeling what I was feeling when I was playing (pain), so that's better. We're making progress."

Harris was initially expected to miss 7 to 10 days, but the prognosis was changed to two to four weeks last Thursday.

However, the point guard isn't ruling out a return next Wednesday against the Bucks.

"Could be," he said. "We'll see towards the end of the week, and if I can get a few practices in before, then maybe."
