Daryl Morey told Mark Medina of USA Today that re-signing Mike D'Antoni was "probably" his top priority this offseason.

D'Antoni is currently in the final year of his contract.

"It’s probably No. 1 That’s a fair way to put it. We have all our key players signed. I think Mike coming back is super important," said Morey.

D'Antoni had discussed a contract extension last summer, but was not interested in taking a one-year deal.

Morey described rumors of D'Antoni leaving the team this offseason as a "a media creation" that was also driven by agents.

D'Antoni was most recently linked with the Pacers coaching job.
