A league source has confirmed that Calvin Booth has reached a two-year agreement to join the Washington Wizards.  The second year of the deal is a player option.

He will travel to Washington later this week to officially sign the contract.

Booth was waived by the Bucks in August and designated their amnesty victim.

The 6-11 center was drafted in the second round by the Wizards in 1999 and then went on to do two tours with the Mavericks that surrounded a three-year stint in Seattle.

Booth was also being pursued by the Clippers and Cavaliers.
