The No. 2-ranked prospect in the high school class of 2027, Bruce Branch III, has reclassified and will graduate in 2026. That will put Branch in college a year earlier than expected.

"I believe in my ability. I am confident that I can do this," Branch told ESPN. "I have been playing up my whole life. I am not going to let anyone outwork me. I remember when I was in the first grade playing against third graders. I got pushed down, and I got back up."

Branch has yet to decide on his college choice. All of the traditional college basketball blue bloods are involved. For his part, the 6-foot-5 forward is staying focused on his final season in high school at Prolific Prep in Florida.

"I want to take things one step at a time," Branch said. "I want to focus on our season and my team. I want to win it all at Chipotle [Nationals]."
