The Warriors officially received the offer sheet given to Marc Jackson by the Rockets yesterday, giving them until October 17th to decide to match, reports Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.  According to Feigen, if the Warriors match the offer sheet, (1) the Warriors cannot trade Jackson for 90 days, (2) the Warriors cannot trade him without his consent for a year, (3) and the Rockets cannot trade for him for a year.  Also, now the offer has been tendered, the Rockets and Warriors cannot strike any deal involving him and the Warriors cannot negotiate trades with other teams for him.
