DENVER ? Dan Issel has come full circle ? again.
And so has his thinking about which NBA job suits him best ? coaching or front-office work.
The Denver Nuggets head coach has run the gamut when it comes working for the franchise. After a 10-year playing stint with the Nuggets and a few years in the race-horse business, Issel joined the club's front office in 1988. With some breaks in the tour of duty, he went on to become head coach, then head of basketball operations, then head coach and head of basketball operations, and now back to concentrating almost solely on coaching.
Talk about a merry-go-round ride.
