John Stockton and Karl Malone might not still be playing if they weren't as well-conditioned as they are.
     It's with that in mind Jazz coach Jerry Sloan told the two ? 39 and 38 years old, respectively ? they didn't have to play in either session of two-a-day training camp practices that began Tuesday and concluded Thursday night.
