Michael Jordan introduced himself as a Wizard for the first time to the nation's capital and a nationally televised audience last night. And all Jordan needed was six scintillating minutes to show everybody that at age 38, he still can take over a game in a flash.

Jordan lit up the Nets for 41 points, including 16 in the first 6:10 of the third quarter of his first Wizards preseason home game. However, Jordan's teammates provided little help as the Nets won, 102-95, before a sellout crowd of 20,674 at the MCI Center.
