It doesn't happen very often in the NBA, but the Orlando Magic were away from home for only nine hours Sunday to play this road game.

They left the RDV Sportplex by bus at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon, and they were expected back in the parking lot by 11 p.m.

No one was complaining about the bus trip, though, because this was the game that originally was scheduled for Los Angeles as a Clippers home game, then moved to Mexico City at the league's request.

After last month's terrorist attacks, the game was moved back to this country, and the Clippers decided to play it in Tampa, which was fine with the Magic.

The Magic hardly have had to travel during the exhibition schedule.
