David Robinson couldn't believe the inside pressure. Tim Duncan couldn't believe the outside looks.

Strangled by a tangle of arms, legs and elbows down low, Duncan and Robinson became secondary scorers for the Spurs on Tuesday night against the double-teaming Clippers.

News flash: Duncan is never a secondary scorer against the Clippers. He averaged 24.5 points against them in four games last season, but managed only 15 in San Antonio's season-opening victory at the Alamodome.

"Usually by halftime, Tim has his 19 (points) and 10 (rebounds)," said Robinson, who attempted only five shots and finished with 11 points. "They did a great job of getting the ball out of his hands."
