Sunday, November 04, 2001 - Aleksandar Radojevic might have seen his last days in an NBA uniform. The 7-foot-3 center was selected with the 12th pick in the first round of the 1999 NBA draft by Toronto and was traded to Denver last Feb. 16. Last Monday, the former Nugget returned to the Pepsi Center to retrieve some of his belongings.
Back injuries limited Radojevic to three games in three seasons.
Radojevic and his agent Mark Cornstein also split last week.
"He probably needs to go to Europe and play," Nuggets coach Dan Issel said about Radojevic, who never played for Denver. "He hasn't played in three or four years. He has the talent, but he needs some experience."
