   The Jazz played a crisply-executed first half. They opened a 21-9 lead midway through the first quarter, and their advantage mushroomed to 47-28 with 4:42 remaining in the half. The Jazz eventually took a 57-47 lead into the locker room, thanks to 53.7-percent shooting, a 21-15 edge in rebounding and a 24-7 advantage in bench scoring.
