INJURY WATCH
One game on the shelf, and Orlando Magic forward Horace Grant is none the worse for wear.
Grant returned to the Orlando lineup Friday night against Charlotte after missing the Magic's game against Minnesota on Wednesday with back spasms.
He wasn't rusty -- he hit his first three shots from the floor, grabbing three rebounds and scoring eight points in the first five minutes. He wound up with 13 points and 6 rebounds in the game.
LIGHTING IT UP
The Magic came into Friday night's game shooting 34.6 percent from 3-point range, and proceeded to put on a 3-point shooting clinic in the first half.
While building a 65-46 halftime advantage, Orlando canned 8 of 16 shots from beyond the arc, including four each from Pat Garrity and Mike Miller.
Garrity and Miller each scored 16 points in the first half.
Meanwhile, the Magic shut out Charlotte from 3-point range (0-for-6) in the first 24 minutes.
