Branson Wright of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports: Just when Cleveland basketball fans were trying to forget Michael Jordan's shot at the buzzer that shipped the Cavs out of the postseason in 1989, they received another reminder last night. The latest may also cause some lingering pain.

A sellout crowd of 20,562 at Gund Arena witnessed Jordan slip untouched through the Cavs' defense and nail a floating jumper as time expired to give the Washington Wizards a 93-92 victory.

Jordan led the Wizards with 26 points and Chris Whitney had 20. Wes Person led the Cavs with 21 points. Andre Miller scored 15 points and had 12 assists. Bryant Stith had 15.

Cavs coach John Lucas wasn't here 13 years ago. He also wishes he was somewhere else after witnessing last night's buzzer-beater.

"A little bit of deja vu?" Lucas said. "Now I'll have to hear about this game from Michael for the rest of the year."
