Utah Jazz owner Larry H. Miller will build a new, team-owned practice facility in Salt Lake City adjacent to the site for a new Miller-owned truck dealership.

The practice court will be housed on seven acres Miller purchased June 20 at the old Levitz furniture warehouse, 1414 S. 500 West (just west of I-15). A Ford Truckland is currently being constructed at a cost of $8.7 million for Miller on 10 acres just north of the Levitz building. Construction began May 11 and is to be completed in early September.

Miller called a noon news conference Thursday to detail plans for the project.
