A Sports Illustrated article on Karl Malone and other Jazz topics has angered Jazz owner Larry H. Miller ? though he's not sure who to be mad at.
     
It might be Malone, who once again sounded off on a disrespect theme all too familiar to Jazz fans, or it might be Ian Thomsen, who wrote the article.
     
And it might be both.
