The Jazz will bring in four players for pre-draft workouts today: Mario Austin of Mississippi State, Brian Cook of Illinois, Willie Green of Detroit Mercy and Josh Howard of Wake Forest.
Austin, a 6-foot-9 forward, averaged 16.1 points and 7.6 rebounds and was an All-SEC selection before making himself eligible for the draft. Cook, a 6-11, forward/center, was named the Big Ten player of the year after leading the league with a 20-point scoring average and averaging 6.7 rebounds. Green, a 6-4 guard, was the Horizon League player of the year and led the conference with 22.6 points a game. Howard was the ACC player of the year and led the league with a 19.5 scoring average, besides averaging 8.3 rebounds.
