Information from the NBA Players Association has clarified the status of guard Jeff Trepagnier. He is under contract to the Nuggets for next season.

Trepagnier is not a restricted free agent, which has been widely reported.

Last April, he signed a deal for the remainder of the season that included a non-guaranteed contract for next season worth the minimum of $638,679.
