Boston  Celtics guard Delonte West has been selected  to  replace  injured  Orlando Magic guard Jameer Nelson (sprained right  foot)  in  the 2006  T-Mobile Rookie Challenge to be held on Friday, February 17 at Toyota Center in Houston.
