Celtics forward Glen Davis is denying he wrote a Twitter rant that made headlines on Thursday.

Davis, a restricted free agent, has not received an offer sheet from a team this offseason.

The forward called Celtics president Danny Ainge on Thursday once the comments gained attention, according to the Boston Herald.

"I don't care if it was actually him or not," agent John Hamilton told the Herald. "But everyone can understand the frustration of a young player who doesn't know where he will play next season. But I don't want to focus on stuff like [Twitter] at the end of the day, because it doesn't matter."
