The Knicks' exclusive negotiating rights with Jason Williams ended on Thursday, but the guard is still interested in New York.

"Intriguing is a great word," agent Dan Tobin told The New Post. "Jason would be a good fit in Mike's system. Everyone realizes that. The Garden is a big stage and Jason thinks he can be a theatrical attraction."

Williams becomes a free agent on Friday and is expected to visit other teams, possibly the Grizzlies.

The Knicks have maintained that their interest in Williams is unrelated to their pursuit of Ramon Sessions.
