The Knicks' top choice remains LeBron James, but the team won't wait for him if Dwyane Wade agrees to sign with New York.

"If you had Kobe [Bryant] in Los Angeles and Wade in New York, where does that leave LeBron ... in Cleveland?" a source told Frank Isola of the New York Daily News.

"But the Knicks are not waiting. They're trying to get a commitment out of Wade."
