Wizards forward Josh Howard hopes to return to the court during the second week of December.

He has been cleared to participate in full contact drills.

Howard has been out since having surgery on his left knee on March 16.

"I see the sun peeking over the horizon," Howard said. "My biggest concern is no setbacks."
