NBA executives are torn on whether to select Quincy Miller in the upcoming draft.

One general manager, noting Miller’s noticeable improvement from ACL surgery last year, said, “If he has his athleticism back, he’s top 10.” Other front offices, though, smacked the small forward with “Should have stayed in school.”

Miller was projected as a possible lottery pick before his freshman season at Baylor.

“I just need to show them that I’m 100 percent and ready to go,” Miller said. “I think they’ll see once I start working out for a lot of teams. I know I’m 100 percent now.”
