Michael Porter Jr. was a candidate to go No. 1 overall before he sustained a back injury early in his freshman season at Missouri. Porter has one of the widest possible pick ranges in the draft due to his evident talent but questions about his health.

"Michael Porter is going to be a really interesting guy in this draft," said Jonathan Givony on The Woj Pod. "People are going to want to bring him in at two, three, four, but then there are a lot of question marks as well. The intel isn't great. How is the physical going to turn out? And so, could he be there at the end of the lottery too? He actually has the biggest range of any prospect in this draft to me."

The Sacramento Kings had strong interest in Porter at No. 7 before they moved up to No. 2 via the lottery.
